We pride ourselves on quick turnaround times. For smaller projects, you can expect your final video or photos within 1 week. Larger projects typically take 2–3 weeks, but rest assured, we’ll provide an estimated timeline upfront and keep you updated throughout the process.

We offer one round of revisions for free, so if you need any changes, just let us know! After that, additional revisions can be made at an hourly rate.

Absolutely! We can work with both footage and photos you provide from your own camera, phone, or any other source. Just send us your files, and we’ll work our magic to create the perfect final product.

Yes, once your video is edited, delivered, and payment is received, the final product is entirely yours to use however you wish. We’ll ask for permission in the contract to feature it on our website or for promotional purposes, but beyond that, the video is yours to keep, share, and enjoy.
The only exception is the music. Due to licensing restrictions, we’re unable to transfer the music track for use on other projects, as it's licensed specifically for your video. If you'd like to use the track in a different project, let us know, and we can assist you in doing so.

We typically deliver your video files in 1080p MP4 format at 60 fps, which is perfect for online platforms like YouTube. If you need the video optimised for social media platforms like Instagram Reels or TikTok, just let us know ahead of time, and we’ll provide the files in a format that’s tailored to those platforms.

Filming & Photography: We’ll capture all the necessary footage and photos, using professional equipment to ensure top-quality results.
Post-Production: Whether it’s editing video or enhancing photos, we’ll work on creating a polished final product. We provide one round of revisions to make sure everything meets your expectations.
Final Delivery: Once you’re happy with the final result, we’ll deliver your videos and/or photos in the format you requested.
